3 Web Design / Web Development
This is where you search for a web designer. I am a web designer myself and my prices are standard prices.
Beginners charge a litlle lesser, More experienced ones charge more. Bigger companies might charge more than freelancers with more experience. So just because a web designer or a company charge more, it does not mean they are better.
4 Merchant Account
This is only necessary if you want to sell products/services online and be able to accept credit cards in your website.
I can give you more details if you need this.
